will not refund. Had a short refund window and now refusing to refund unworn items that do not fit.

Disgusting delivery service, I could not assess the quality of the clothes, because I have not received my parcel since February 2022. As a matter of fact, no one has returned the money, and it's been almost a year. Customer service writes that unfortunately, it is impossible to solve my problem. How is that even possible? I do not recommend it, do not order anything here!

I ordered a surfboard. It arrived on time but when I opened it, I realized it was damaged. I sent a message to customer service right away with photos. It took them a week to respond. They offered me a discount or return + refund. I asked for a return + refund and no response. It’s been over 2 weeks. I’m appalled by their lack of response. I’d be extremely cautious purchasing a higher priced item here unless you have the money to blow.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t bother with this company. Ordered a deck they crammed the grip tape against the graphics scratching them all up and refuse to do anything about it. Terrible company

I have been a customer with Surfdome for years now and sadly, have to provide a low rating due to the utterly appalling service that I received upon returning a pair of trainers that Surfdome sent me in the wrong size (their error.) This was inconvenient but accidents happen, not a problem HOWEVER I had to send dozens of emails to get an update. Every time I was answered by a different customer service person. They eventually refunded me but refused to refund the postage that I had to pay to return the item! Despite the fact that one of the MANY customer service agents had said that they would. I really don't have time to play email tennis and it was the most ridiculous and unprofessional customer service that I have ever experienced from the UK. Get it sorted. Awful. Disappointing.

The WORST customer service! My order arrived in my country(EU) with a crazy amount of custom fees and I refused to pay. So I wanted to return. THEY TRICKED ME into paying that amount and saying they would refund me. BUT they replied FROM ANOTHER MAIL that basically that’s the way it is with customs fees. They didn’t even offer another option or explain how to return. Anyway I’m still waiting a reply from Lauren from another email I got that they will refund after i sent them proof of invoice from the payment. Lol How is this possible I don’t understand? THE WORST

This is a complete scam. I ordered snowboard boots that arrived with a broken piece. I've emailed them multiple times, I've tried calling but nobody answers and disconnects you after 3 hours of waiting.

This is a complete scam. They took my money and won't ship me my product because I have been randomly selected to verify a piece of my information again. I have been calling and emailing them for a week and they have not responded. I can't believe this is legal.

I placed an order on Tuesday to be shipped to the US and it arrived in 2 days, as I requested expedited shipping. Having read some negative reviews, I was skeptical my order would arrive on time. I received a confirmation email and an email with tracking information. The order was securely packaged and was exactly as pictured. I will order from them again.

Had a pretty poor experience with Surfdome where I paid extra for a speed delivery of what I thought was a full bikini - what arrived was just the top so I check their website again, and indeed I have just ordered the top - my mistake, but the image of the full bikini and small text did not help. On communicating this to customer service, there was zero help or empathy on the matter - rather than reimburse me for the speed delivery when I place my order for the bottoms I got a rather blunt reply back saying no bottoms, at that was the end of their replies. Horrible experience and definitely won't be ordering from here again.

whoever is reading reviews on here- dont believe all you hear from these 'Karens'. Surfdome is an exceptional site, it has always been, for the past 10 years I've been using it. TrustPilot has more accurate rating. Everyone here are just moaning..

Brand new customer to surfdome, I returned an item amounting to 36.00 on the 25th March 2021, it was received on the 27th March 2021, it has now been 11 days and still no refund, I haven't even received an email confirming delivery or refund on its way etc. Desperately trying to retrieve my money with no replies to the contact email on the surfdome website, shocking experience.

Tried to order a pair of shoes. Everything seemed to be fine and I got a confirmation email of my order. Weeks passed and I still had not received them so I checked my emails again, and found one I had missed. It explained that my order “had been selected by our system to undergo further security checks” because of a “discrepancy with the information provided”. It never explained if that information was wrong on my part, or on theirs, or even what it was. It then said that I had to contact my bank to get an authentication code and then once again contact them with this code so they could cross reference. Or alternatively they would accept a screenshot of the payment through my banking app, which I found to be incredibly suspicious. All of this was mute however, as at the end of the email it stated that I had only 72 hours to complete all this and get in contact with them or my order will be canceled. Fine. Never using this website again.

Ordered a pair of Reef sandals on February 27th. STILL have not received them. Customer service did not follow through on what they said they would do. HORRIBLE company! AVOID!!! Better just pay an extra few bucks and get stuff through Amazon.

Parcel has never arrived. Supposedly at delivery depot 9 February then on vehicle awaiting delivery for over a week, now disappeared into thin air. Would never purchase from this company again. Beware! Unless you have a few hundred dollars to throw away
