“Making me wait a week before eventually telling me that my order is cancelled - while securing the amount from my credit card - is absolutely disrespectful. And I guess I would've never known if I hadn't called the customer service. Now I am 5 days away from Christmas with no presents and no way to get them. I however received a 20% coupon as apologies... Which is the exact same discount I had when placing the order... seriously...”
