Hi i was very worried about this too as i read bad reviews. I got my item next day as stated, and 100% authentic products, it came via royal mail (i am in the UK). If you havent heard anything pop to there website and fill a contact form. ( i did it on a weekend and got a reply the next day) . I didnt bother ringing the 033 number to contact surfdome as that is there corporate office and never answer, hope this helps

I think you should only order there if you have the patience to wait on the product. The products are real and sometimes orders can be out of stock after you make the order. You will always get your money back through your PayPal or debit or credit cards.
