I ordered two surfboards. One board arrived all well 5 weeks ago, but the second board never arrived. I am in email exchange with Surfdome customer service for the last 5 weeks and their response is that FebEx is not responding to them... very poor. Feels almost as if I was scammed by Surfdome.
