My mother needed a new padded dressing gown, found a COTTONREAL one, cheaper than on COTTONREAL website, ordered it, it was too big, too long and sleeves were too long, I asked Suzanne Charles if they could shorten both the length and sleeves, they could, so we sent the bigger one back for a smaller size and for that to be altered as per my mother’s measurements. The ladies I spoke to were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We were very impressed with the service we received. They made a potentially hard job very easy. The company (COTTONREAL) themselves were unhelpful and also more expensive. Suzanne Charles were a good price and exceptional service with no added cost for the service. My mother said they should promote themselves in this area. We can recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
