Staff member at Eastland ,Victoria, was extremely rude when returning jeans for an exchange as the zip clasp broke on first wear. Not even addressing me she was muttering under her breath that I probably didn’t even pay full price for them. Very rude. Didn’t even acknowledge the fact that the jeans were faulty.
