“The Store Manager at the Wodonga Store was dressed like she had come from the garden, so daggy, not up to date Suzanne Grae clothing at all, more like shabby dirty lounge wear. I feel it's unprofessional and unapproachable.
She was eating on the shop floor and even spoke to me with her mouth full.
Her whole appearance and demeanour needs to alter if that store is to continue with her as the leader.”

“Went to Mirrabooka SG today. Shop assistant was rude and dismissive of customers waiting to be served. I spent ages trying and choosing my purchases only to be left hanging at the counter for ages. There was about 4 ladies behind me waiting in line. Staff member told us to wait as she was busy straightening up racks of clothes. We waited and waited but she was bent on doing her work ignoring us. I left my wanted purchases on the counter and walked out. Im a patient person but this was ridiculous. Staff needs to value customers and serve us so we can leave the already cramped store. She also needs training on being friendly.”
“I visited the Suzanne Grae store in Central Square Ballarat today.
I purchased a top and leisure pants 2 weeks ago and wanted to return the top. Unfortunately, I’d misplaced the receipt and thought my chances of returning the garment for a credit or refund would be very slim. Jannah was extremely helpful and took the time and effort to track down the transaction on the system and gave me a refund on the purchase.
She persevered with patience and did all of this with a smile on her face and was so courteous, kind and pleasant. Her respectful attitude and cheery customer service is something that’s very rare these days, so thank you Jannah, you made my day! 🤩 ⭐️👏😊”

I went in there last Wednesday to h ave a look, there’s a woman who works there very often may be a manager or senior staff member. She is always surlie and miserable, wow don’t dare ask her a question or you’ll get a death look . Seriously it’s really put me off ever going back I’m always polite but she needs to do a course in public relations or manners .”

I was extremely deflated but to my surprise I went into a Suzan greay and found something that wouldn’t only fit but also make me feel pretty. With the help of your staff and their amazing service I found an outfit for my special accession.Then I went ahead and bought extra clothing because I took advantage of your sales and with there assistance I paired up another outfit.

“Long time customer, love the clothes, you only need to check my wardrobe.
But— went to the Shepparton store(my regular store)after being away for 6 months-new staff. Two young women that stood behind the counter and talked & talked. No help at all no check on you in changing room and when I came out after trying on some clothes, guess what still talking. The shop was busy one woman had to duck under a hanging rack to get into a change room while the staff talked. In the years I’ve been going to Susan Grea Shepparton the staff were fantastic and able to assist you & check on how you were going trying on the clothes. Maybe this was because they were about the same age or bit younger than your customers. The staff you have now ( Friday 8/11) would be better off working at Sportsgirl. I will not return to that store with those staff. For your interest the next day I went to Taking Shape had fantastic customer service & I spent $275.”
“Love the clothes and service but have found the elastic in the waistbands of the shorts and pants twist inside the band and it’s difficult to flatten it back to the original. Why don’t they sew them in flat instead of just at the seams?”

The interaction I had with the person at Tea Tree Plaza store this morning was discussing over holding a top as I am from country area 3 hours out of Adelaide. I was going to be in Adelaide on Saturday to collect. This was not available in my size online thats why i called the store. Your policy of holding for one day is ridiculous or not been able to pay over the phone. Very disappointing and you need to review your customer service country people are disavantage enough.”

“The displays in the shop are set up to trick to people when they get to the checkout. Things that aren’t on sale are mixed in with sale items and all under the discount sign. The lady at the checkout said they are told to do that. Also don’t like the sizing of the garments. So fake to make people think they can fit into a smaller size. I found the whole experience revolting and won’t go back.”
