“I tried on few tops and jumper.they seem to be all to short as I am 5.ft 10..I have never had this problem at Suzanne Grae before.the sales person said a lot of people have complained about this.why is this happening????”
“Love going into my local store in Penrith once a week but one member of staff very rude and unfriendly. Pity because all other members of staff are lovely. Puts me off going in there so will find another store in the centre to visit on the day when she is there.”
“Staff member at Eastland ,Victoria, was extremely rude when returning jeans for an exchange as the zip clasp broke on first wear. Not even addressing me she was muttering under her breath that I probably didn’t even pay full price for them. Very rude. Didn’t even acknowledge the fact that the jeans were faulty.”
