“The Store Manager at the Wodonga Store was dressed like she had come from the garden, so daggy, not up to date Suzanne Grae clothing at all, more like shabby dirty lounge wear. I feel it's unprofessional and unapproachable.
She was eating on the shop floor and even spoke to me with her mouth full.
Her whole appearance and demeanour needs to alter if that store is to continue with her as the leader.”
“I entered the central square Ballarat store this morning around 9.30 I was the only customer in the store and I was looking for a pink jumper that I’d seen on line
The staff member did not even acknowledge me Didn’t even say hello
I had a Quick Look then decided to leave She said hi on my way out

“Love going into my local store in Penrith once a week but one member of staff very rude and unfriendly. Pity because all other members of staff are lovely. Puts me off going in there so will find another store in the centre to visit on the day when she is there.”
