“I visited the Suzanne Grae store in Central Square Ballarat today.
I purchased a top and leisure pants 2 weeks ago and wanted to return the top. Unfortunately, I’d misplaced the receipt and thought my chances of returning the garment for a credit or refund would be very slim. Jannah was extremely helpful and took the time and effort to track down the transaction on the system and gave me a refund on the purchase.
She persevered with patience and did all of this with a smile on her face and was so courteous, kind and pleasant. Her respectful attitude and cheery customer service is something that’s very rare these days, so thank you Jannah, you made my day! 🤩 ⭐️👏😊”

“Hi, I am large in Size and have a function to attend to. I don’t enjoy theses functions because of my size.Today I must have gone into every shop in the complex. I was extremely deflated but to my surprise I went into a Suzan greay and found something that wouldn’t only fit but also make me feel pretty. With the help of your staff and their amazing service I found an outfit for my special accession.Then I went ahead and bought extra clothing because I took advantage of your sales and with there assistance I paired up another outfit.

As I walked past Suzannegrae I noticed beautiful bright coloured shirts and I must say they have a wonderful variety of clothes instore, and they are reasonably priced.
But I haven't been able to try on clothes in stores due to a disability for the last couple of years I generally order online, A wonderful staff member approached me and asked me if she could help. her name is Andrea, she assisted me with every item I bought her kindness and patience, was just outstanding and I was as looking for another couple shirts in a certain colour she was able to advise me that they were on order and when they would arrive in store.
I wouldn't have bought as much as I did if Andrea didn't assist me. And I did go to a few stores today and not one sales assistant asked if they could help apart from Andrea @ Suzannegrae @ Cairns Central

These relax Tanks are the best thing that I have bought in most of the colours and they are very comfortable to wear and flattering. Is it possible to get Black, Red, Yellow, Purple, Magenta, and other bright colours that haven't been out as yet. The colours that I have bought are very nice and have noticed that white and blue is always being sold so it will be good to brighten up with the colours that I suggested. Thanks Mona”

“They have been selling short jeans at $50. I just bought a pair made in China. I did not need to shorten it; I am only 153 cm tall. Also after washing it twice in the washing machine, handwash cycles, first wash before wearing, the jeans came out a beautiful deep navy blue.
As well Suzanne Gray has a variety of cotton skivies, good winter colors, for those who like to wear something soft underneath dry-itchy woolens.”
