I visited the Suzanne Grae store in Central Square Ballarat today. I purchased a top and leisure pants 2 weeks ago and wanted to return the top. Unfortunately, I’d misplaced the receipt and thought my chances of returning the garment for a credit or refund would be very slim. Jannah was extremely helpful and took the time and effort to track down the transaction on the system and gave me a refund on the purchase. She persevered with patience and did all of this with a smile on her face and was so courteous, kind and pleasant. Her respectful attitude and cheery customer service is something that’s very rare these days, so thank you Jannah, you made my day! 🤩 ⭐️👏😊
