“Sizing are inconsistent, and as for their pants policy free returns, what a joke, got told that a 2cm difference is acceptable btween pants in different colouring but same style.”
“On Monday 18th of March, I bought 6 summer tops on sale from Tuggeranong ACT. I like the clothes at Suzanne Grae and shop there regularly. This time though I didn't expect it to come to so much, however I was in a hurry so didn't query it. When I got home I found out I had been overcharged by $20. Today I went back to the store, a different sales person was there. I brought my receipt in along with the 6 items I had purchased.
I explained that I had been overcharged, the woman was rude and seemed annoyed, she said 'No you haven't that's correct.' I pointed to an item on the receipt and told her I hadn't bought anything for $29.95.
She then scanned all my items and said that one of my sale items had come up at the orginal price and not the sale price.
Without an apology to me she said she would refund me the $20. Her customer service skills were non existent.
I felt like saying while you are there you can pay for my petrol to return to Suzanne Grae. I felt really taken back by her attitude, she seemed to want to intimidate me, for saying I had been overcharged and initially she made me feel silly, like I didn't know what I was talking about.
The previous sales person that I encountered on Monday was nice and helpful but unfortunately she wasn't working today.
The whole experience was awful and I will have 2nd thoughts about shopping there again.”

I purchased a jumper that was on sale, upon closer inspection i noticed it had a pull in the material. So i took it back last night and the girl that served me was the rudest person. I showed her the damage and straight she said pick another. I spent half an hour looking for something to exchange, finally found one that was lower than the original, she said that i had to buy another item and wanted me to spend more, when i finally explained to her , as a customer i have a right to a refund if the item is faulty, then she returned the balance. Very poor service, she did not know the proper refund rules. I will never shop there again.”

Consistently ugly service - very abrupt - have never been made welcomed from same 2 women. And look out if you try on a few things and don't happen to purchase because the fit is rubbish. Items are grabbed from you without a word. Not going there any more.”

“Seriously frustrating I was just wanting to shop in Baulkham Hills store Friday 16th late afternoon when I was confronted by the staff member Theresa I think telling me the specials in shop, but then she started to tell me she is a hairdresser by trade. I just wanted to shop quietly and she really was pushy so I had to get out there, so I shopped online instead.”
“INCONSISTENT SIZING
I purchased a size 14 top from a Suzanne Grae store, then I purchased same style in a different colour online. When it arrived it had a Size 14 tag, but it was HUGE, so much bigger than the actual size 14 from the store.
Trying to return it was a nightmare, they make it really difficult to contact them, and once you've found a way to do that the customer service people don't seem to be familiar with Australian Consumer Law.
I ended up having to return it to a store, but could only exchange, not return, and I forfeited the postage cost.
I won't buy anything from Suzanne Grae online ever again”
“Have returned items to you 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing.Items costing $84. No confirmation of you receiving them. No refund. No answer to my emails. Paid $14 to return items also $9 to lodge my request. Bad management!! I’ve returned items to other companies and have been kept up to date with refund. Why are you so different? Will not buy anything online from you again. In fact online shopping except with Catch of the Day will now be non existent.”
