Tall Lady with an ascent, I think she is the new manager at Baulkham Hills. I found her not to be to friendly or approachable like the other lovely ladies that work there. She puts me off going in when she is on.

My order has never arrived. I was never notified that it had even been dispatched from the factory. Paid for 7 Teeshirts.

JOAN IRECENTLY RETURNED A TOP WITH A HOLE UNDER THE SLEEVE ,THE STAFF QUERIED HOW THE TEAR HAPPENED AND SUGGESTED I MAY BE TO BLAIM . I BOUGHT A PR OF JEANS AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO INSPECT ALL GARMENTS I BOUGHT,PROCEEDED TO PULL APART THE JEANS IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS WHICH WAS SO EMBARESSING.ACUTOMER SUGGESTED I REPORT HER .SALES WOMAN ALSO SAID FROM NOW ON MANAGEMENTWOULD NOT BE EXCEPTING RETURNS ON GARMENTS.IF THIS IS TRUE IWONT BE ABLE TO SHOP AT ANY STORE , AS I BUY FOR MEMBERS OF MY FAMILY.SORRY THIS IS SO LONG BUT I AM VERY UPSET .I HAVE SHOPPED THERE FOR MANY YEARS,I AM 84

Seriously frustrating I was just wanting to shop in Baulkham Hills store Friday 16th late afternoon when I was confronted by the staff member Theresa I think telling me the specials in shop, but then she started to tell me she is a hairdresser by trade. I just wanted to shop quietly and she really was pushy so I had to get out there, so I shopped online instead.

The contact form does not work and the email address on website gives back message that it is no longer manned.

Seven hills store has the worse customer service, grumpy short woman - no idea of name no badge. Very rude individual indeed.

INCONSISTENT SIZING I purchased a size 14 top from a Suzanne Grae store, then I purchased same style in a different colour online. When it arrived it had a Size 14 tag, but it was HUGE, so much bigger than the actual size 14 from the store. Trying to return it was a nightmare, they make it really difficult to contact them, and once you've found a way to do that the customer service people don't seem to be familiar with Australian Consumer Law. I ended up having to return it to a store, but could only exchange, not return, and I forfeited the postage cost. I won't buy anything from Suzanne Grae online ever again

Have returned items to you 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing.Items costing $84. No confirmation of you receiving them. No refund. No answer to my emails. Paid $14 to return items also $9 to lodge my request. Bad management!! I’ve returned items to other companies and have been kept up to date with refund. Why are you so different? Will not buy anything online from you again. In fact online shopping except with Catch of the Day will now be non existent.
