Fountain gate store. I purchased a jumper that was on sale, upon closer inspection i noticed it had a pull in the material. So i took it back last night and the girl that served me was the rudest person. I showed her the damage and straight she said pick another. I spent half an hour looking for something to exchange, finally found one that was lower than the original, she said that i had to buy another item and wanted me to spend more, when i finally explained to her , as a customer i have a right to a refund if the item is faulty, then she returned the balance. Very poor service, she did not know the proper refund rules. I will never shop there again.
