The Store Manager at the Wodonga Store was dressed like she had come from the garden, so daggy, not up to date Suzanne Grae clothing at all, more like shabby dirty lounge wear. I feel it's unprofessional and unapproachable.
She was eating on the shop floor and even spoke to me with her mouth full.
Her whole appearance and demeanour needs to alter if that store is to continue with her as the leader.
