Ordered outdoor furniture in March 2021, due to Covid and delivery problems it wasn’t delivered until November. Throughout this time, Swagger replied to all my emails and kept me informed. I was happy to wait for delivery as it was exactly what I wanted. I didn’t open it properly until April 2022 and found there was no cover included which was advertised as part of the set. After emailing Customer Services, a cover was delivered 3 days later. I am delighted.
