I was interested in buying Maze Rattan garden furniture and wanted to know more about the products as it was a sizeable investment . Tried the "we are here 24/7" only to be told by their receptionist that i'll take a message and the department with get back to within 24-48 hours.
How can it take so long for a return call especially as they give the impression of strong customer service (note they are rated 3.3 out of 5). I'm just not convinced with this company and will look elsewhere
