Staff useless ordered bed and mattress, the bed came, no mattress, they said it would arrive in 10 working days,(it says 5 on website), then I had to chase them up about it and they had no idea what had happened to it?????
Still waiting for a mattress, that is apparently coming from another manufacturer, they don't tell you this, instead having to chase them up, staff are rude and the Manager is useless, they don't want to know once you've purchased items with them, terrible customer service!
Use someone else!
