I was happy that SWAK made sure there were no holes and actual sleeves on this Billie Top. I was really surprised with the hole on the front. I never saw it until snipping the tags. I do have a few patches I plan on putting over it just to make it look like it was suppose to be there. The sleeves I thought were really cool, a little itchy until you get use to them, but to me the most special part of the top. What a surprise getting one with no sleeves. I really don't know how that happened. All I can think is it was a return. The bag it was in was folded over and taped ?
