1. "40% off most products".. didn't work, even when product was not in the exceptions list...
2. Shop Runner doesn't work..
3. When ordering liquids, the liquids are not packed in a padded bag, so if they break.. you're on your own.
4. When notifying customer service and pleading for a replacement that this time should be packed properly, they send the replacement.. packed just the way they did before. Luckily this time the liquids weren't all over the place...
