First couple of days after application, the sweat is completely blocked (under arms). However, after couple of days, some sweat breaks thru. I use it in conjunction with another, milder, roll-on anti-perspirant, such as Vichy anti-allergenic. If SweatBlock was to come up with a product of this kind, I would be interested in using it.
