Agree with this post: "Disappointed. Yes it temporarily cancels my desire to eat sweets. It's a temporary thing. Not worth it. AND I tried to cancel my subscription TWICE, and no one gets back to me. I REMOVED MY CARD FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THEY STILL CHARGED ME!!! WTF. Do NOT expect good customer service. This is not a good company." I had the same issue. Cancelled my auto-ship 2x and still get the product, and cannot return it...so I am STUCK with it. Bad customer service and bad all around company values.
