Terrible customer service!!!! I would not have even given them 1 star if possible. I ordered cookies for my client's 97th birthday as I do every year. I received an email to track the FEDEX shipping. It was picked up on Friday and would be delivered on Monday!!! Cookies 3 days old!!! I contacted Sweet Flour and they stated that the cookies were put on the wrong truck and they do not deliver on weekends. They said they would refund my money. That's it!!! Talk about not caring about their customers!! Now I get to start trying to find a shop that can delivery the birthday cookies for tomorrow!! Do not waste your time with these people!!!! They do not care!!!
