Iordered small special arrangement for a non-holiday purpose. Unfortunately it was to be delivered the day after the holiday and due to their "holiday" business they did not read my "special directions" which were VERY IMPORTANT! So my important delivery was NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM. They apologized with many excuses which did nothing for help with the blunder they had made. They offered no refund or even a partial refund or credit. I would not recommend them!
ps what they did deliver looked like left overs from the holiday the day before.
