Ordered a large screen tank worth £180+ and it’s been 3 weeks and it hasn’t arrived. Emailed them more than 6 times and got one response over a week ago by “lyndsey” saying she’d raise this and get back to me? They seem to be a joke to be honest. I have opened a reptile business and was excited to use them. I’ll be staying away and making sure my customers stay away also.
