Most of my order hasn't been dispatched. I received one one item out of 16 items and the order was over £280+. Paid for next day delivery and order before 4pm and didn't receive all items that I purchased. Contacted customer services and they just make up excuses of having an influx in orders and the warehouse and dispatch team are struggling. So I contacted them again and told them I will be contacting trading standards and surprise surprise I had a email with the dispatch and tracking information within 10 minutes of sending the email. Will definitely not buying from this company again just a negative and untrusty buying site.
