Everything - no communication, everyone you talk to lies. Don't bother leaving multiple messages for manager Dale Jones - he does not return calls. I bought a motor paid for it 19 days ago and no response to my inquiries, noi motor and they obviously don't care about customer service. Call LKQ or any number of suppliers - run from this place it is a joke!
