The Austral Retractaway is excellent, was easy to instal and appears to be well made. The unit was despatched promptly, however the courier company failed to update their online tracking and the whereabouts of my order was unknown for a week.
Ben at Swiftdry did his best to locate my order and was about to send a replacement unit when the original order was delivered.
