I live in a very rural area and I had an issue with the delivery. However, once I contacted SwiftDry to let them know I hadn't received my washing line, it was sorted out.
I had to provide a different address and pick it up from there. I would have preferred to know this on ordering or been told before having to chase it up. But in the end it was resolved quickly and I'm very happy with the washing line.
