Love my clothesline but arrived with wire and tensioners which were too small for the wire to go through. Rang the company and they were great sent some replacement tensioners promptly BUT they were to same size again so wrong. Had been without clothesline for a number of weeks while we had concrete poured around the poles and path so husband had to go to large store and get something that would work. Also did not seem to have enough wire for the unit we received, again the company happy to send us more - so while the clothesline is great and would gladly recommend to anyone, along with the service, it was a bit of a nuisance all the back and forth.
