Sales staff were great to deal with and answered my questions. Product arrived within a reasonable time. Austral Standard 28 clothesline seems good value for money. Installation was not too difficult but instructions could have done with a few more pictures (so I didn't have to read them 4 times to make sure I got it right - reason I only gave a 4/5). So very happy with the purchase.
