On my existing washing line, the uprights were perfectly good but the line was perished and broken. I wanted to replace the line myself but wasn’t sure what I would need. Customer service was awesome, I emailed a description and photo and SwiftDry recommended the products I would need. They were absolutely correct ( replacing line myself was easy), plus they followed up to check whether I needed further advice. Exceptional service considering mine was a very small order.
