I have been buying Swiftwick socks for a decade. They are by-far the best athletic socks out there. I wear them with my hiking boots and dress shoes and short ones in my running shoes. The only bad thing about them is the un-availability in any major stores. I don't know how prevalent they are in Nashville but you can only find them online in Memphis. That said, Swiftwick are, literally, the only socks I wear.
