I originally purchased a 3 pack of the thick Large which were to small. I sent an email to customer service and ask for an exchange for the XL. They responded with “no problem” and rushed the 3 pack of XL out 2days later. Not only did customer service exceed my expectation the quality of thick socks did as well. Complete win win for me as a very happy customer. Thank you swiftwick! 👍🏾
