If you like socks that fall down, then don’t buy these. If you prefer socks that stay up all day, these are for you. That being said, if you have a wide calf and around an 11 shoe, go with the XL. It will fit you foot but be a bit less snug around you lower calf. I also recommend to air dry them aka no dryer. Great sock. Love the snow patterns.
