I bought 16 swiftwick zeros which started to slip below heel after 3-4 washes/pair. After I wrote you of this problem, your rep replaced all 16 at no cost to me. So far, no slippage at all after 1 round of washes. So I would call that superb customer service and I’m hoping for, after more washings, persistent correction of my original slippage problem
