I love my Swiftwick socks, and I am incredibly impressed with Swiftwick's customer service, too. It's clear the company cares about building ongoing relationships with their customers. When I placed my first order, I wasn''t sure whether to order size Small or Medium (I wear US Women's size 7.5 sneakers, sometimes size 8). I took a chance with Small, but when I tried the socks on, it was clear that I would be better off with the Mediums. I emailed Swiftwick to ask about an exchange. I expected that I would need to pay return shipping, and that I would only be able to return the unopened pairs. Instead, I received a reply email within an hour or two telling me that I didn't need to return the socks I originally ordered; I was free to give them to a friend. And Swiftwick would send me the same socks in size Medium at no charge--they even covered shipping! Needless to say, I will be a loyal Swiftwick customer henceforth, and I'll recommend them to any fellow runners I meet!
