This is really a review of the company and their outstanding customer service. I wanted to order some sock from Swiftwick after seeing them listed as the best running socks by an independent review site. I am size 7.5 and seemed to fall between the sizes listed, so I ordered a small and a med. Neither really fit my foot well, so I contacted the company to return my socks. They were so friendly and really wanted me to enjoy my purchase. They encouraged me to wash and wear my socks a few times to make sure they didn’t fit correctly. I did this, but sadly the socks still didn’t fit correctly. I will spare you the rest of the details, but suffice it to say, the company bent over backwards to find a sock that would fit well. Most companies do not extend the tlc that Swiftwick does, and for that reason I encourage you to try their socks!!!
