Awesome customer service! Long story short: received wrong size of socks (actually turned out to be my fault), sent e-mail asking to exchange, immediate response from very personable representative who sent out correct size order and told me to keep the smaller sizes at no charge. I've always loved the comfort and fit of Swiftwick products and now their customer service. Customer for life; worth the cost.
