The customer service was top-notch from Swiftwick. I usually hate reaching out to companies because it can be hard to figure out how to, or, I never hear back and then feel like I have wasted my time. They replied to my concern right away and to my joy, fixed it. I will be slowly changing over all my socks to Swiftwick with that type of customer service and the best-fitting / comfiest socks I have ever had.
