I ordered three pairs of socks but they were too big. I called customer service who were amazing. They told me to keep the socks I ordered and share them with others as they were going to send me 3 pairs in a smaller size and in addition they included a pair they thought I would like as a runner. The replacement pairs were perfect and I loved the bonus pair of socks as well as they were a thinner model. Would definitely encourage anyone to try these socks. They stand behind their quality and satisfaction!
