Very responsive maker/seller with great products. I mean it, lengths, material feel, and durability are top notch. I was put off by pricing, but the product quality (specifically durability and ability to retain the initial feel) made it explainable and justifiable.
Products with manufacturing defects are replaced promptly.
Only positive experience so far.
