LOVE these socks. Last year I bought a pair of the angkle high. Good pair, but wanted a few of the pursuit based on recommendations from others. Put in an order, received the package of three pair. LOVED them, looked great, unfortunately, they were the wrong color. Stuff happens. I get it. I emailed to let them know. They responded within a half hour, apologized, told me to keep the socks and already had a three pairs of the color I wanted in the mail. That's how you seperate yourself from the competitors. They've got an advocate now.
