I recently bought several pairs of socks from the website. One pair had a stitching defect but I was still able to wear them. I sent an email to swiftwick's customer service team just to inform them that the socks were wearable but had a defect. Within 10 minutes they responded telling me a replacement pair would be sent to me. Within 5 minutes of that email I received another email with tracking information for the replacement pair of socks. Outstanding customer service! Thanks, Steve
