I recently ordered running socks from Swiftwick. The day after I ordered, I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed the company and received a response after just a few hours-on a Sunday! My order was canceled, so I could reorder the correct size, and I was also given my coupon code back to use on my new order. My socks arrived a few days later and were perfect! I am very impressed with Swiftwick’s quick response and friendly assistance with my order. I also love their socks! I will continue to purchase my running socks from this company.
