Maya and her excellent customer service made all the difference between giving a 1 star and a 5 star rating. Long story short, my shipment was lost - TWICE. In the end, Maya sent a 3rd shipment via fedex which arrived here promptly. While the 2nd lost shipment arrived 15 minutes later via the post office the same day. I contacted Maya and explained to her the situation. I told her to please charge me accordingly to what she and Swiftwick think is fair. Her reply was after the ordeal of having to deliver this 3 times for me to finally receive socks 3.5 months later, please accept our apologies and no charge. Again, her excellent customer service made all the difference between a 1 star and a 5 star rating and she should be praised for turning the situation around. I still remain open to charges received for what Swiftwick thinks is fair. Thank you and Best Regards - Roger Thurston
