Really bad customer service.
Always take long times to get back to you.
They don't get in touch unless its threatening even if you've tried getting in touch numerous times through covid.
Its been endless problems.
They took money too early twice.
One time took too much and covered out my bank, eventually said sorry and gave me it back. Still though it's a shambles me and my daughter was begging friends for money for 2 weeks.
Then more problems arrise.
