My
recent claim for damage to my son's lap top screen was dealt with speedily and without any hassle. After making a call I answered a few questions and was called back within the hour. The Apple laptop was collected, repaired (by Apple ) and returned as good as new within 5 days. I am very happy with the service and glad I had taken out accidental damage on my policy.
