I needed to speak to someone about making a claim for damage to my home.
1st time - 30 minutes on the phone, no answer.
2nd time - 40 minutes on the phone, no answer.
3rd time - 50 minutes on the phone which they answered and then sent me back on a loop waiting, stating I called the wrong number when I called the number given for claims.
I WILL NEVER USE SWINTON EVER AGAIN.
It will be stressful trying to get thru to someone to help.
