Disgusting
After being a customer of this company for several years i am absolutely disgusted by them. I had a claim for a non fault accident and they have now increased my renewal from £220 to £1100. After speaking to another company and giving full details they have quoted £240 ????? A strongly worded email has been sent to the CEO and a complaint lodged with the insurance ombudsman.
