After years of being an enthusiastic Swinton Customer, I have now gone off them completely. Usually they bend over backwards to give me a competitive quote, but not this time, not the usual, freindly help either, just a ridiculously well over priced guote with a robotic answer service from a non committal human. Or at least I think he was human.
So much for being a dedicated customer. What is the world coming to.
